Edwin has been named for the fourth year running in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK 2026 in the category for “big” organisations.

This continued recognition reflects the high levels of employee engagement across Edwin’s companies, including Vision for Education, Axcis Education, Smart Teachers, Edwin People, Still Human and Commando Joe’s.

Building our people-first culture

Based entirely on employee feedback, The Sunday Times Best Places to Work celebrates the UK’s leading employers. This makes the recognition especially meaningful, as it is driven directly by the experiences and opinions of our colleagues across the Group.

Being named on the list for a fourth successive year is a testament to the culture we continue to build together. One where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive.

What our colleagues say

In 2026, we saw high scores in the six areas that matter most: Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing and Job Satisfaction.

Edwin was rated “Excellent” across every category. Reinforcing what our people continue to tell us year after year, that Edwin is a place where they feel trusted, valued and inspired to succeed.

This recognition reflects Edwin’s strong commitment to creating a positive employee experience through wellbeing initiatives, meaningful recognition, transparent communication, professional opportunities and a collaborative culture.

At Edwin, we’ve always believed that strong relationships, shared values, and a genuine sense of community are at the heart of a successful organisation. To be recognised by The Sunday Times for a fourth consecutive year is an achievement we’re immensely proud of, because it reflects the culture our people help shape every day. As People Director, what stands out most to me is the passion, collaboration, and dedication across our teams. I am extremely proud that our people genuinely care about the support and impact we can make in the education sector.
